I cleaned the oldest Brazilian e-commerce dataset, standardized the dates, and analyzed delivery delays and delivery time accuracy. I found that 20 to 23% of deliveries are delayed for added time, with 77% on time, 16% late, and 7% super late. The worst regions are the northern areas, and on time deliveries correlate with about 4.8 bad reviews versus about 1.54 for super late. I also identified Office Furniture as the hardest category to deliver and revenue at risk in SP. No specific action was requested from viewers.</description></oembed>
