We start with a kickoff, then you get data templates, collect your data, and we import it in the onboarding stage. Next you run base analysis to group workers and identify category of worker gaps that need to be below 5 percent. Then we do adjusted pay gap analysis with statistical models, outline analysis to find outliers, and remediation scenarios to close gaps below 5 percent.
