Most denials are documentation failures, so I demo our Veridax Chrome extension that integrates with any EMR and lets you auto fill the note, select the IC-10 code, and hit analyze. It PHI scrubs locally, so it is 100% HIPAA compliant. The audit shows which LCD-10 criteria pass and where justification is weak, for example it passed ambulatory status and failure of conservative therapy but flagged custom fitted justification as weak.
