In this first video I demonstrate how you can adjust the business hours of both a dedicated interview template and your international interviewer to allow for the Request Availability process to support scheduling across time-zones. Of note, this process will typically involve your interviewers being willing to interview outside what is their standard business hours (I mean, when the candidate is on the other side of the globe it's gonna happen!)
