After creating an office, an agent is automatically assigned and you can test the call and subscribe voice and language. I show how phone numbers are imported from Twilio and routed to the right office, then how users are added with Microsoft login and office role. Finally, I log in to the user and review task lists, assign staff, and check call logs. No specific action is requested from you.
