I built an owner performance portal so co-host clients can log in and see KPIs like total revenue, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, nights booked, and total stays for a selected time frame like the full month. The total revenue card includes a dynamic pacing indicator, for example up 59.9 percent versus the same time in 2025. Owners can review reservations from VRBOBooking.com and Airbnb, toggle gross vs net payout, explore insights charts, and view tax reporting and invoices by jurisdiction. I did not ask viewers for any specific action.
