Then I showed our core workflow, start with environment setup, do a brain dump, and write specs using OpenSpec and superpowers to elicit requirements. I also demonstrated planning and iteration with plan mode, then reviewed specs in an IDE and discussed tests and end to end validation, including Monte Carlo for balance.
