The Calendar View Feature provides insights into specific Outcomes and when they are happening when viewed on a - Month, Day, Hour visualization. It can be found on three Workbooks, each with their own unique views and Filters. Growth - Visits Completed: Visits that were Scheduled and Completed at the set time. Filter by All Appointments, Scheduled Visits, and Walk-Ins. Includes unique Color Method of Greater Than or Less Than with custom input. Delivery - Visit Duration Breakdown: Durations associated with the set time. Filter by Total Visit, Wait for Provider, Wait for Staff. Adherence - Adherence KPIs: Negative Schedule Outcomes registered at the set time. Filter by Late Patients, No Shows, Same Day Cancellations. Date Range: Choose Dates to include data in the chosen Calendar. Example: Date Range 1/1/24 - 1/31/24 - Adherence - No Shows = Only Visualize No Show Rate for January 2024. Choose Row & Column: This filter allows you to organize the Rows and Columns of the chosen Calendar. Your options are Month, Day, Hour. Choosing the same option on Row & Column will highlight that option. Example: Adherence - No Shows - Row & Column set to Hour = No Show Rate by hour regardless of weekday or month. Choose Color Method: Option to adjust the color scheming of your chosen Calendar. The options are Top 10 (Top Ten metrics of your selected Data set), Min and Max (The Highest and Lowest metric of your selected Data Set), and KPI Total (a Heat Map of your selected Data Set. Higher metrics indicated via brighter color scheme). Choose Start & End Time: This option allows you to Limit the Hours on which Data will be included. It should mimic the Clinic Hours of your Organization or Department. Without accurate Start & End times it is likely that your metrics will be skewed. Insights reports on Data as it is collected and there are instances where outlier & errant data can impact this View. Example: A No Show Patients 2PM appointment is not cancelled and marked as a Patient No Show until 10PM at night = 1 No Show at 10PM in the database.
