Residents submit them through the resident portal for the workflow templates tailored to their community. Admins can raise requests on behalf of residents through the dashboard or the Outlook plugin, and can choose whether it is visible to the resident or internal. Finally, I show how to enable external access so anyone with a link can submit a public form, with extra fields for name, email, and community address. No action was requested from viewers.</description></oembed>
