Currently, the manual job matching process can take 3-4 months, but our AI-powered tool can shortlist the top 3 roles for candidates with a clear fit score and explanations. I walked through the user profiling flow, highlighting features like AI-generated professional summaries and an AI job coach chatbot for career guidance.
