Step-by-step:

2. Use the template 'start from scratch'
3. Enter the project title
4. Enter the project objectives and background
5. Specify how responses will be used
6. Select when you want your project to start
7. On the second page, Select your markets(s)
8. Choose your audience type
9. Select the number of respondents
10. Target by demographics
11. Write screeners
9. On the third page, write survey title and intro
10. Write quant questions
11. Add screen recording or selfie style questions
