I showed how to add a title and documents, and when to keep Outlook Outline Template set to No so the outline is built strictly from the solicitation requirements. Then I demonstrated how GovDash selects past performance contracts, how to assign key and non key personnel with staffing pool recommendations, and how those selections flow into the outline. Before download, you can verify outline ready in Versions, then click Generate Proposal when you are ready.
