First, I realized I need to check whether the process adds variables after allowing them from the environment. Second, I was in the wrong directory when trying to build, which affected the dot end configuration. I've now ensured that the relevant dot end is in the root directory and tested it by removing the dot end from the database environment. Please check the extension to confirm that the dot end was created correctly in the database.
