First, when a customer submits the booking form with their name, phone, and email, I generate a custom code for a 20% discount and update a contact field, then send the email with the code. Next, they paste the OTP into an OTP confirmation form. The workflow checks if the OTP is correct. If it is wrong they get an OTP is incorrect email, if it is correct they get an approval email.
