I explain that items marked as "unspecified" or "disliked" will automatically be removed from the project total, while changing an item's status to "liked" will add it back in. I also demonstrate how to manually control these settings and how to visually identify which items are included or excluded from the project total. Additionally, I show you how to filter items in the spreadsheet view to easily see those excluded from the project total. Please make sure to keep track of these settings, especially if your client changes item statuses.
