We cover everything from selecting the admin and reseller to entering the technician's details, including their name, contact information, and emergency contact. I also explain the options for verification via OTP or password, and how to configure leave types for the technician. Please ensure that you have your SMS or email API pre-configured if you choose the OTP option. After following the steps, remember to click save to register the technician's credentials.
