In the Gantt view, a manager assigns a selected route to an employee, choosing whether the worker starts at the beginning or from where it was last completed (for example, 33 hours ago). The manager sets a due time, such as 4:30 to 4:45, assigns the route (Pac-Man 1 to Paul-Andre Savoie), and submits it. On the employee phone, they accept the assignment, select a vehicle, and the route starts automatically, moving from on route to in progress based on GPS progress.
