After 30 minutes the conversation quickly turned and we started working through Ryan&apos;s Sales Process realizing that he had quite a few gaps.

Ok now let&apos;s continue.

So after chatting I quickly realized he was MASSIVELY under monetizing his audience

He wasn&apos;t running a Sell By Chat process
He was selling a Low Cost Product
He wasn&apos;t selling in his posts...

So I then spent the remaining 30 minutes of the call coaching him how to sell in the DM&apos;s

And then when the 60 minutes was done, he decided to join the program.

I also offered to give him a 1 on 1 the next week in exchange for his Case Study video a few months down the line 
(that&apos;s what this is)

He quickly agreed.

Then less than 1 week later he sent me a Message

&quot;Matt I used what you told me in the meeting and I already sold someone in the DM&apos;s!&quot;

Crazy right?

A few months later and some DM exchanges

Ryan&apos;s MRR went from $14k &gt; $34k per month.

And he closed $82k in total.

So what were Ryan&apos;s big takeaways?

1 - Sell By Chat VOLUME is everything

It doesn&apos;t matter how many Likes or Followers you have. You can still close in the DM&apos;s.
You just need to send soo many more than you think you should.

2 - Send Voice Notes

When you are running Sell By Chat, if you have the time and want to break through? Send them direct Voice Notes.
Ryan closes 80% of his deals in the DM&apos;s using only Voice Notes and not having any sales meetings.

3 - Leverage AI to create Content Faster - But still learn the fundamentals.

Being able to sell in your content takes time. And AI speeds it up a ton but you still need to learn the underlying fundamentals.
