I explain how to start it from the blue plus button, the Customer Credit Notes page, or directly from an existing invoice using More then New Credit. Most fields auto fill once you enter the customer and associated invoice, then you can add returned products, adjust pricing, and add notes. Finally, you can Refund with payment method and date, allocate it to an unpaid invoice, or leave it on the customer account, then click Finalise to update stock levels. </description></oembed>
