Sending the path through your own email may incentivize your employees to complete the assessment. Good job provides an exclusive link that will associate the employee with only your company and this link can be shared with all employees. You may also bulk upload employees to take the path, which is explained in another video within our knowledge base. To begin inviting employees via email, you will need to log into the good job platform. You will then click on the employee path library button in the left-hand navigation menu. This brings up your path library where all employee paths will be stored. In the right-hand menu, there's a button to invite employees via your email. Click this button. The email template will then open in your default app. From here, you can modify the name and the wording within the template to align with how you would like the email to read and send it to your employees. You can also send an email to a massive number of employees using the copy invitation link on the dashboard.
