Staff mode lets you choose a check-in list by initiative, program, or specific opportunity, optionally include personally identifiable information, and then check volunteers in or out for shift start, immediately, or at a custom time. It also adds more flexible benchmark recognition with custom badge images and two criteria types: hours earned (custom date range or annual recurrence) and years of service. Additional changes include improved filtering and restoring for volunteer opportunities on a user profile, a new five-year qualification duration, and a program column on the pending qualifications table.
