Nishika first uses Apollo to manually search and filter 25 small founder and agency owner leads, mostly 1 to 50 employee companies across marketing, recruiting, and consulting, and compiles them in a spreadsheet. Next she uses Clay to run an email finding waterfall with provider fallback and uses Claygent to visit each person’s LinkedIn profile for a specific signal, then generates fully personalized email subject lines and bodies based on likely pain points. Finally, she exports to a Google Sheet and runs automation that reads the sheet, sends emails via Gmail one at a time with a one minute wait, and updates the contact status to sent, which is shown live while the pipeline runs.</description></oembed>
