We start by reviewing a sample subcontract and the associated invoices that have already been synced. I highlight that while ProCore allows retainage to be tracked and released at the contract level, Acumatica requires us to release retainage on each individual invoice. I demonstrate the release of a total of $900 in retainage, which is split between two invoices in Acumatica. Please remember to keep retainage releases separate from billing on ProCore to ensure a smooth workflow.
