I introduce the George Fox Campus Awareness Response and Education (CARE) team and explain their role in fostering a safe living, learning, and work environment free of harassment. I discuss the rules and regulations regarding sexual misconduct and emphasize the importance of equal access to education and no discrimination based on sex. As a responsible employee, I explain the role of faculty in preventing and responding to sexual misconduct and provide guidance on how to handle disclosures from students.
