In this video, I'll be demonstrating the Simply Connect Bromley platform, which is a safe and easy-to-use platform designed to help you find community activities in your local area. We've been working with Community Links Bromley since 2015, and our research with GPs, care navigators, and link workers has helped us identify the three key needs patients presented with: social isolation, healthy lifestyle and behavioural change, and practical help and advice. We've built these needs into the design of the homepage, making it easy for you to find the services you need. You can also search by keyword and use a number of search filters to drill down and find the activities you're interested in. The platform can also support referrals from wider health professionals, and we'll be introducing a feedback box in the coming weeks to help us improve the service.
