Objective

The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on creating, managing, and understanding workflows in the TRM engine to automate processes like communication, onboarding, and reminders effectively.
Key Steps

1. Creating a Workflow

   - Go to Automation and select Create Workflow.
   - Name the workflow.
   - Select a trigger (contact-based, event-based, appointment-based, etc.).
   - Add filters if needed.
   - Choose actions to be triggered (send email, send SMS, wait timer, etc.).
   - Save the workflow and publish it.

2. Testing the Workflow

   - Tag a contact with the specified trigger to test the workflow.
   - Ensure the actions are executed as intended.
   - Check the stats to see the workflow progress.

3. Managing Workflow Settings

   - Explore settings like Allow Re-entry, Stop on Response, Time Zone, Time Window, Sender Details, Conversations Marked as Read, and Enrollment History.
   - Adjust settings based on workflow requirements.

4. Removing Contacts from Workflows

   - Go to the contact&apos;s profile in Automation.
   - Identify the active workflows the contact is in.
   - Remove the contact from the workflow if needed.

*Cautionary Notes

- Ensure that triggers, actions, and settings are configured correctly to avoid errors in workflow execution.
- Test workflows thoroughly before implementing them on a larger scale to prevent any issues.

*Tips for Efficiency

- Use pre-made workflows as examples to understand different use cases and functionalities.
- Regularly monitor workflow stats and enrollment history to track the progress of contacts through the workflow.
- Utilize the view execution history feature to review each action a contact has gone through in the workflow.

By following these steps, team members can effectively create, manage, and optimize workflows in the TRM engine for streamlined communication and automated processes.</description></oembed>
