For meeting platforms, you copy and paste a Zoom link to have Ping join last minute meetings not on the calendar. For phone calls, you call yourself and then merge the phone call with the client in Ping. For live audio, you use the mic testing flow by hitting record, then review the recording with a timestamp. After each capture, you will need to associate it with the appropriate contacts and client.
