April 21, 2022 @5:00pm ET

We have seen quite a few questions recently from ASGA members on the topic of leasing on the network, and we thought now would be a good time to have a Teatime to address it.

For this month’s Teatime, we’re going to dive into the that topic with Tom Murphy from Penn State’s Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research (MCOR). Tom will share his expertise on solar leasing and answer your questions on the subject. He'll talk about leasing from landowners' perspective, as well as provisions for grazing. He'll also discuss recent developments with county- and township-level ordinances related to agrivoltaics.

This month’s Teatime will be the first in our series co-hosted with the AgriSolar Clearing House team! They’ll be sponsoring and co-hosting a series of Teatimes this year and adding their expertise and insights to the conversation. We’re excited to have them join us.

Make sure to follow the AgriSolar Clearing House if you aren't already: https://www.agrisolarclearinghouse.org/

Host: Kevin Richardson, ASGA Outreach Coordinator
