In this Loom, I'll show you how to stop the seven essentials from going out to one contact. You have two options to do this. First, you can click on the little X next to the flags for your seven essential emails or mailers when you're inside of their contact card. This will remove the flag and stop any future mailer or email from going to this particular contact. Second, you can click on the flags box right next to the flags and deselect any of the flags you don't want to have on the contact or emails you don't want them to receive.
