I walk through the steps of changing the theme to the default theme and show that the issue persists. I also mention that I can change the theme if needed. I then refresh the page on the dashboard to show that the pending shipping still doesn't appear. I compare the live site with WCMP and the staging site with Multivendorix to highlight the difference.
