I open the project, tag the items in the items list, then use Actions and Purchase Order so Design Manager creates separate POs by vendor and ship to address. I review and save, confirm how many POs were created, and optionally add vendor reference and contact details before generating PDFs. Afterward, I show how to view pending and PDFs, send the PO by email, and update status and tracking info. I also update item status to show they are ordered.</description></oembed>
