We have two ways to start the automation: by dropping leads directly into the "contract signed" stage or moving them to "start construction." As leads progress through each stage, they will receive text messages updating them on their status, from "contract assigned" to "stage 17." If you need to adjust any messaging or move leads through the stages, you can do so by clicking on each lead in the opportunities section. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with these processes to ensure smooth communication with our clients.
