First I choose the stack, copy the settings, then create the Cloud folder with the settings.json file. When I initiate Cloud Code Agent, it usually auto detects and installs the WordPress plugins, or I can install them from the plugin menu. If we update skills or commands, I refresh by going to install plugins, selecting the updated plugin, and clicking update now, which usually takes about two seconds. No other action is required, just refresh after updates.
