Payment banners will now display on your surreal venue profile when you log in if there are any overdue payments. So, we start off with an orange banner, which will remind you that overdue payments are now due and if payments haven&apos;t been processed within a timely manner. This orange banner will turn into a red banner, which will lock you out of your account and prevent you from creating events moving forward. Until you&apos;ve settled these overdue payments, these banners won&apos;t disappear. So, do make sure you go into click view overdue payments, it will bring you into the payments, show exactly what&apos;s overdue and then make sure that you are processing those to surreal so we can get payments to your entertainers as soon as possible. This all corresponds with the payment terms that you&apos;ve set up in your venue settings. Whether or not that&apos;s 14 days, 7 days or 21, 28 days.</description></oembed>
