Delivery is a review of Appointment and Encounter State Durations and trends, Calendar Views into these Durations, and Wait Time Analysis for Individual Days.

Cleaned vs Actual Durations: On the Delivery Page, you will see an option to display either Cleaned or Actual Durations. This feature allows you to switch your Data and Views between our Data Filtering vs The Exact Data from Athena. Data Cleaning will provide more accurate insight into typical encounter state and appointment durations. Ex) An Appointment Missing Intake Start that has been left &quot; With Provider&quot; for two days - would both bring down your average Intake Duration and significantly increase your Exam Duration with no filtering applied.

Encounter State Durations: The 7 Encounter Stages Reported on by DOCPACE are Check-in, Ready for Staff, Intake, Ready for Provider, With Provider, Wait for Check-Out, and Check Out.

Encounter State Filters: The Default DOCPACE Encounter Default View is Entire Duration Excluding Checkout. Your other options include Entire Duration Including Checkout, In Exam Room (Intake, Ready for Provider, With Provider), With Provider, Waiting Room, and Ready for Provider.

Duration Breakdown: Views into trends on a Department, Provider, and Appointment Type Level. This is influenced both by the Filter Date and Encounter State Filter with multiple options for organizing the data. Example: Month to Date View of Waiting Room Duration ordered by Most Improved.

Visit Duration Breakdown: Calendar view of Various Appointment Times. Can view by Month/Day/Hour total Appointment Durations, Wait for Provider Durations, and Wait for Staff Durations.

Wait Time Comparison: View into Durations on a Specific day along with it&apos;s associated Visit Count. The Comparison Bar allows for analysis of those times to similar date ranges.

Comparison Bar: Customizable line graph for easy visualization into similar duration averages. Options Include - Weekday Only (Duration Averages for that specific Day), Month Only (Duration Averages for that Specific Month), Both Weekday and Month (Duration Averages for that Specific Day in that Specific Month). Example: Viewing Wait Time Comparison on a Monday in March with a selected Comparison Bar of Both Weekday and Month would compare that Monday&apos;s Duration to every Duration from a Monday In March that we have in our Database that falls under the Date Range you&apos;ve set.</description></oembed>
