I log in, select the group, click Mute Sound, and then choose actions for microphone and speakers across all devices, using Select All. I also explain Enforce Restrictions, so users cannot override the mute. To undo, I switch off Mute Microphone and Mute Speakers, then click Run, and the icons and restrictions are removed.
