I&apos;m Ala Ahmed, a special education teacher at PS92, and I&apos;m excited to share with you a project I&apos;m working on with my fourth-grade ICT class. We&apos;re investigating the reasons behind students&apos; lack of motivation in school, which has become a social problem at PS92. In this video, I&apos;ll be outlining the five main causes we&apos;ll be examining over the course of a week, and the activities we&apos;ll be doing each day to collect data and create graphic organizers. We&apos;ll be using our devices and writing notebooks to record our findings, and at the end of the project, we&apos;ll conduct a survey to determine which cause is the most significant. I&apos;ll also be introducing the six steps of PPA, or the Public Policy Analyst, which we&apos;ll be using to analyze our findings and create a policy memo. I hope you&apos;re as excited as I am to dive into this project and have fun learning!</description></oembed>
