From the Financial Accounts dashboard, go to Move Money and Refund Payment to view a list of homeowner payments. Homeowners must have a bank account connected to PayHOA to receive electronic refunds, and if multiple accounts are connected you can select which one to send the refund to. You can refund the full payment or enter a partial amount, choose a reason, review, confirm, and send; the refund appears on the homeowner’s account history and shows in their bank account 5 to 10 days after initiation.</description></oembed>
