To get to your permissions grade, you toggle to the Admins module, then Manage Permissions. I also introduce a Cards view to make it easier to manage individual groups and see what permissions they have, with search and direct category navigation like bid management and accounting. You can toggle permissions with checkboxes, and use Enabled and Disabled filters to see what groups do or do not have. There is no viewer action requested beyond reviewing the Cards and applying the permission changes you need.
