Go to Settings in the lower left corner, then open Manage Users and Roles to view active users. To remove a specific user, click the trash icon and follow the prompt. When prompted, you can reassign that user’s tasks, leads, or automations to another assignee, such as transferring them to Jenna, by confirming the reassignment.
