It explains where to find profile and activities tabs, how weekly “matched activities” require accepting or deleting before data appears in reports, and how to edit or manually add items using pencil and add controls. It then walks through the Vedas and Biosketches section to refresh and export the activity report (last two years) and annual CV submission templates as PDF or Word. It also covers account emulation for department managers, OrcID integration via Legacy Vedas, and where managers access reports under the administration area after they receive reporting access.
