This feature addresses a common question about how to determine the distribution of shares or cash, especially when dealing with a mix of cash and stock. I&apos;ve added sections at the bottom of the Exit Waterfall sheet to clarify total distributions and distributions per share, including cash and shares. The default assumption for distributions is set at 100% cash. I encourage you to explore this new feature to simplify your calculations and improve your understanding of the distribution process.</description></oembed>
