My recommendation is to send a cutsheet reminder so Billy Bob can fill out the correct new cutsheet, which will override the old one. The alternative is to edit and select a different cutsheet or create a new one. Since this is high priority, I also recommend calling the customer and filling it out with them on the phone to ensure the butcher follows the correct instructions.
