It allows admin users to view the number of letters, emails, units recorded, calls, incoming mail, and text messages, with totals running as you scroll. You can filter by case type, date range, and individual people, and select users such as the training user and user 2 while adjusting the date range for the report. The results can be broken down by day and by units and value, and you can export the data to a CSV for use in Excel.
