I set up the district connector and the Office 365 connector, and I updated the environment variables, including the board ID (7) and the in-progress status ID (95). I also added the email address for our onboarding administrator to receive daily reports and enabled the event ID (2273A). Finally, I enabled all the necessary flows in a specific order, starting with tier one and tier two flows, followed by the sync request processes.
