On the exhibitor booth staff page, companies see their current staff level and allocated complimentary staff count, can register, edit existing entries, and share a public registration link with their team; if they hit the limit, they can buy add-ons that immediately increase their allocation (for example from six to seven). Administrators configure booth staff registration under Companies with the Booth Staff sub tab and open field settings to enable or disable the form, control add edit delete behavior, and hide the staff count. Allocation limits come from company levels (for example Platinum sets a booth staff limit of six), add-on purchases using a one-to-one increase workflow, floor plan booth selections, and can be manually overridden per company with a dedicated Booth Staff settings field and a comment such as complimentary two.</description></oembed>
