You can offload or defer tasks to your weekly and monthly notes or even use them as &quot;someday&quot; and &quot;anytime&quot; notes. Planning to start a new hobby &quot;anytime&quot;, then add it to your next years note for example, or quarter.

The advantage?

Calendar notes have a built-in date for reviewing them. This helps you to remember the content and if things are still important move only the high priority tasks forward. The good part is that you don&apos;t have to do this every day which is exhausting, but naturally once a week if it&apos;s a weekly note, monthly if it&apos;s a monthly note and so on.</description></oembed>
