In this Loom, I show a workflow I built that turns meeting notes or a transcript into ClickUp tasks with a Slack approval step in between. The page sends the transcript to an n8n workflow, which uses OpenAI to extract a summary, decisions, blockers, and proposed ClickUp tasks, then posts an approval checklist to Slack. Once you click Approve or Reject, a second n8n workflow creates the approved tasks in ClickUp via the ClickUp API and updates Slack to prevent duplicate approvals. Please review and approve the proposed task list in Slack if it is sent to you.</description></oembed>
