When you log into Empath, you can easily access your profile settings to manage these notifications. By default, you may be subscribed to all upcoming live streams, but you can choose to unsubscribe or select individual streams that interest you. Additionally, you can customize the timing of notifications, whether it's 7 days, 24 hours, 1 hour, or 5 minutes before the event. If you want to stop receiving any subscription emails, make sure to unflag the notifications and unsubscribe from all streams.
