In terms of the notes themselves, I would love to see more of the clients&apos; experience of the session.
💜 Something you&apos;ve observed about them, i.e. they are a bit shaky in tree pose or tight in the hips during a pigeon pose or they are frustrated with balance poses etc.
💜 What the clients likes/dislikes
💜 # of people in class (if a group class)
💜 Any progress/improvement you are observing
💜 Any comments you get from clients/participants. i.e. &quot;I felt relaxed during our meditation&quot; &quot;I didn&apos;t realize how tight my hamstrings were&quot; etc.

These notes are SUPER important to us as the company not only for record keeping, but also for tracking progress and the clients&apos; experience. This is especially helpful when we renew packages and also for subbing purposes as you saw in the video, so the person who will be subbing your group classes will know how to best approach this group</description></oembed>
